What is the best place to put my fire extinguisher in my home?
We would recommend a small 1kg or 2kg extinguisher in your kitchen, and either a 6kg or 9kg one in each occupied bedroom. All fire extinguishers should be placed in areas that are easily accessible in the event of an emergency and NOT near any heat or electrical sources.A fire extinguisher will help with clearing a path out of the house in the event of a fire at night. Bear in mind that if a large fire occurs, your main goal is to exit the house safely, NOT to extinguish the fire.

Will my extinguisher explode if my car is under the sun?
No! There is little risk of having your extinguisher explode from the heat

Where do I place my extinguisher in the car?
We recommend placing the extinguisher in a place that is easily accessible while driving.

Can my extinguisher be reused after discharge?
No. They must be serviced or refilled.
