These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.shop.sri.com.my, including any content, functionality, products and services offered on or through www.shop.sri.com.my (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [link to privacy policy]. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Online Store Terms

a. By placing an order through our online store, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your purchases and billing details.

c. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

d. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

4. Payment

a. We accept payment through Fiuu.

b. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees.

5. Shipping

a. We ship our products to West Malaysia and Singapore. Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Singapore.

b. Singapore Import Duties: Please note that orders shipped to Singapore may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred upon importation. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

c. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon placing your order.

d. Deliveries/Collections may be suspended or revised owing to any contingencies beyond the Seller's control such as damages/loss in transit, fire, accident, wars, strikes, civil commotions, lockouts, breakdowns. Government priority orders, transport difficulties or delays or "force majeure" causing a short supply of labour, fuel or raw materials or otherwise preventing of delaying the manufacture or despatch of goods.

6. Returns and Refunds

a. We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

b. Refunds will be issued in a payment method chosen by Steel Recon Industries Sdn Bhd

7. Warranty
a. The company warrants that the goods will operate as specified and/or demonstrated. Unless otherwise stated, the company will give a warranty against failure due to clear manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery. The company will rectify such defects free of charge. The cost of transportation to and from buyer to seller for repair shall be borne by the Buyer.

b. The warranty shall be invalidated by any unauthorised interference or improper installation of the goods or improper use of the goods.

c. No responsibility is implied or will be accepted for any consequential damages/loss arising from the malfunctioning of the goods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Steel Recon Industries Sdn Bhd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
